proper: wooden letters

My search for wooden letters finally came to a beautiful end. I found a wonderful company, BCrafty Wooden Letters, amazingly located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, practically in our back yard that will work with you to create just about any font style wooden letter, big or small. My fiance was nice enough to trek through the Ozarks to pick ours up for the wedding - they look terrific. After hours of searching for the perfect font, I ended up having to make my own between a couple of different fonts - they turned out great. There are so many wonderful things you can do with wooden letters - wedding, baby/children room, book shelf, outdoor decor and you can cover them in grass, moss, fabric flowers, spray paint, or stain and they will look amazing. Here is a sneak preview of one of ours I did this weekend.

Now who's to say that you can't have flare when you're covered head to toe in powdered sugar or have your hand up a turkey's unmentionables? It is unacceptable to just put food in any old container or dry your hands with a cloth that color acceptable for the season (haha, but for real). Get your grocery lists, baking utensils, Anthropology apron, and of course, we cannot forget the all important glass-o-wine...with these sites you'll find the most amazing recipes, funny women and gossip, and lavish gadgets + bake ware. At a friends house I ran across a bottle of Burnett's Pink Lemonade Vodka. Now I am not a big fan of vodka, however I do love a glass of pink lemonade. Well this stuff tastes just like pink lemonade. Last night I was getting ice out of the freezer for my wine (yes I drink redneck wine) and saw the lovely Burnett's bottle just lying there and decided to randomly make the most amazing punch ever. I thought it was so yummy and pretty it ought to be shared (especially with girlfriends): (can also substitute champagne instead of Sprite for an extra fun time with the girls)

priggish: the rehearsal dress

Since I am planning a wedding, I have been looking for every white dress available - which is kind of difficult. But when you and your hubby-to-be are suppose to be the center of attention, why not go all out with your rehearsal or reception dress. These dresses are classic cuts with a bit of modern style and princess feel.
